Huion problem

Maybe someone here might help? Here's the video and I'll just copy the description below:



I bought Huion Kamvas GT-221 Pro back in June 2018. It's been working really great until somewhere around December 20th. As you can see, I make the same movement with my hand, but the result is always different. The lines are wobbly, there are corners, the pen's not responsive. Even as I'm just hovering over the screen, the cursor lags behind.

But.

When I close driver progmar or deinstall it, and then unplug the USB cable and plug it in again, it works fine. The lines are smooth again and the response rate is well. It works better without the drivers. And I would work without the drivers, but I still need them because there's an annoying lag when I'm trying to pick a color, or toggle the slider in filter settings, or transform, or any other action that requiers to press and drag the cursor. It's annoying especially because I draw fast. Here's what I mean:

I wonder what could be the problem. Since obviously the tablet itself works fine, and my PC is alright (I'll write the specs below). There seems to be a conflict between the drivers and the system.

What I've tried: turn off and on Windows Ink, change the priority for huion drivers in task manager, reinstall Windows, contact Huion service, changing from WinTab to TabletPC and back in the Clip Studio Paint settings numerous times, reinstalling the drivers numerous times. The problem also remains on a different PC, and in different art programs (Krita, Photoshop).

My specs are: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1230 v5 @ 3.40 GHz 16 GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Windows 10
